Exchange Policy

At DresserCrabs, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer exchanges within [X] days of delivery. Here’s how it works:

Exchange Window:

  • You have 2 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

How to Exchange:

  • Please contact our customer support team at helpingclaw@dressercrabs.com to initiate an exchange request. 
  • Once your request is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return the item. 

Cancellation Policy


Order Cancellation:

  • Orders can be canceled before they reach the shipped stage. 
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Cancellation Process:

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at helpingclaw@dressercrabs.com, We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. 

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or damaged.
